Cherry Creek Ace Hardware to give away American flags

Cherry Creek Ace Hardware will give away free American flags on Saturday, May 28 to honor the Memorial Day holiday.

Colorado lost 220 soldiers in the Korean war and 376 in the Vietnam conflict.

Consumers visiting the store at 1417 S Holly St, Denver will receive a free 8’ by 12’ American flag. A second will be donated to the local VFW South Denver Post to be used for marking veterans’ graves on Memorial Day.

This year, Ace Hardware Corporation aims to again give away more than one million American flags nationally. Last year, it gave away more than 500,000 to Ace customers and more than 550,000 to more than 1,900 VFW Posts.

Flags will be available at Cherry Creek Ace Hardware while quantities last. Each consumer is limited to one free flag; no purchase is necessary.

Cherry Creek Ace Hardware is located at 1417 S Holly St, Denver, Colorado. This location is owned by Kirby John Kuklenski, represented by Ken Hayek and managed by Kirby J Kuklenski.
