Median home prices in Holly Hills rose to $525,000 in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Holly Hills rose by $71,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $525,000 - a 15.8% increase over the $453,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Holly Hills in June 2017.
