Home prices increased in Holly Hills during July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Holly Hills rose by $23,050 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $467,550 - a 5.2% increase over the $444,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Holly Hills in July 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Holly Hills for 2018 was $2,460. In 2017, the median sales tax was $2,432. This marks an increase of 1.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.5%.
