August 2018: Holly Hills experienced a 22.8% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Holly Hills rose by $100,800 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $542,000 - a 22.8% increase over the $441,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Holly Hills in August 2017.

The median sales tax in Holly Hills for 2018 was $2,460. In 2017, the median sales tax was $2,432. This marks an increase of 1.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.5%.
