Pricing for the median home in Holly Hills increased during October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Holly Hills rose by $61,000 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $542,000 - a 12.7% increase over the $481,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Holly Hills in October 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Holly Hills for 2018 was $2,460. In 2017, the median sales tax was $2,432. This marks an increase of 1.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.5%.
