Glendale home prices fell in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Glendale fell by $45,250 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $296,250 - a 13.3% decrease over the $341,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Glendale in the second quarter of 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Glendale for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,278, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
