The second half of 2020: Home prices in Denver increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Denver rose by $145,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 94.2% increase over the $154,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Denver in the second half of 2019.
