City and County of Denver recently issued the following announcement.

General Public Comment Sessions are held via Zoom before each meeting of City Council. The General Public Comment Session allows participants to address the Council on a topic not scheduled for a public hearing.
How to sign up to speak:
- Online
- Call 720-337-2000
- The sign-up period opens at noon the Friday before the session and closes at 4 p.m. the day of the session.
- First and last name
- A point of contact
- Topic
- Click the Zoom link anytime before the meeting.
- If you have never used Zoom before, you will need to create an account.
- When the session starts, click the Zoom link again and enter the meeting.
- When you enter the meeting, you will only be able to see and hear the meeting. When your name is called, you will be promoted to speaker.
