Denver home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Denver rose by $57,000 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $177,500 - a 47.3% increase over the $120,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Denver in March 2018.
