Denver home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Denver rose by $3,900 while total sales increased by 110%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $121,900 - a 3.3% increase over the $118,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Denver in 2016.
