Aurora (Adams County) home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Aurora in Adams County rose by $39,000 while total sales decreased by 20.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 124 homes sold, with a median sale price of $277,000 - a 16.4% increase over the $238,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 156 homes sold in Aurora in the fourth quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Aurora for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,204, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2017.
