Aurora (Adams County) home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Aurora in Adams County fell by $550 while total sales decreased by 55.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 74 homes sold, with a median sale price of $299,450 - a 0.2% decrease over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 166 homes sold in Aurora in the second quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Aurora for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,204, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
