The University of Denver Hockey program revealed its team awards for the upcoming season at an annual banquet on May 13. Players were recognized for outstanding performance, leadership, improvement, sportsmanship, and academic achievement.
Four future University of Denver gymnasts earned six top-10 placements at the USAG Development Program Level 10 National Championships held May 9-10. Lily Caranci won a share of the national title on beam while Emerson Gaa posted multiple high finishes. The group will join three other freshmen as they look ahead to building upon Denver’s recent successes.
The Denver Pioneers report that the National Lacrosse League semifinals have ended after three games each. Players Josh Dawick and Mark Matthews will compete against Tyson Wilson and Brandon Bomberry in the upcoming finals.
