4.6% of citizens unemployed in Denver County in 2021

Denver County recorded an unemployment rate of 4.6% among residents aged 16 and 65 years old in 2021. That’s 19,715 people out of the 706,799 living in Denver County at the time, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The unemployment rate in Denver County has increased compared to the 4.3% registered in 2020.

The percentage of people unemployed in Denver County was nearly equal to the statewide unemployment rate of 4.6%.
