The second half of 2020: Home prices in Aurora (Adams County) increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Aurora in Adams County rose by $32,450 while total sales decreased by 93.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,000 - a 10.4% increase over the $312,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 310 homes sold in Aurora in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Aurora for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,895, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
