The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Aurora in Adams County rose by $42,000 while total sales decreased by 89.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $357,000 - a 13.3% increase over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 158 homes sold in Aurora in the fourth quarter of 2019.
