The third quarter of 2021: Home prices in Holly Hills increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Holly Hills rose by $63,500 while total sales increased by 53.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $578,500 - a 12.3% increase over the $515,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Holly Hills in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Holly Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,460, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
