Glendale home prices rose in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Glendale rose by $147,150 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $418,400 - a 54.2% increase over the $271,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Glendale in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Glendale for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,278, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
