The third quarter of 2020: Home prices in Aurora (Adams County) fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Aurora in Adams County fell by $36,000 while total sales decreased by 98%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 11.6% decrease over the $311,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 152 homes sold in Aurora in the third quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Aurora for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,895, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2020.
