The first half of 2018: Home prices in Holly Hills increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Holly Hills rose by $93,888 while total sales increased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $515,688 - a 22.3% increase over the $421,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Holly Hills in the first half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Holly Hills for 2018 was $2,460. In 2017, the median sales tax was $2,432. This marks an increase of 1.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.5%.
