Holly Hills home prices rose in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Holly Hills rose by $127,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $520,000 - a 32.3% increase over the $393,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Holly Hills in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Holly Hills for 2018 was $2,460. In 2017, the median sales tax was $2,432. This marks an increase of 1.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.5%.
