Holly Hills median home prices rose by 9.2% in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Holly Hills rose by $40,000 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $475,000 - a 9.2% increase over the $435,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Holly Hills in April 2017.

The median sales tax in Holly Hills for 2018 was $2,460. In 2017, the median sales tax was $2,432. This marks an increase of 1.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.5%.
