November 2018: Home prices in Holly Hills increased

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Holly Hills rose by $123,750 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $517,000 - a 31.5% increase over the $393,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Holly Hills in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Holly Hills for 2018 was $2,460. In 2017, the median sales tax was $2,432. This marks an increase of 1.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.5%.
