Holly Hills home prices rose in April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Holly Hills rose by $95,000 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $637,500 - a 17.5% increase over the $542,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Holly Hills in April 2020.
