Rising home prices in Holly Hills in June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Holly Hills rose by $130,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $700,000 - a 22.8% increase over the $570,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Holly Hills in June 2020, as well.
