Glendale median home prices fell by 2.4% in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Glendale fell by $6,750 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $271,250 - a 2.4% decrease over the $278,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Glendale in the third quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Glendale for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,278, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2020.
