2020: Denver experienced a 17.2% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Denver rose by $61,000 while total sales decreased by 54.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $415,000 - a 17.2% increase over the $354,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Denver in 2019.
