The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Aurora in Adams County fell by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 98.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $297,500 - a 2.5% decrease over the $305,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 163 homes sold in Aurora in the second quarter of 2019.
