The first quarter of 2020: Home prices in Aurora (Adams County) increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Aurora in Adams County rose by $18,800 while total sales decreased by 72.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $303,800 - a 6.6% increase over the $285,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 97 homes sold in Aurora in the first quarter of 2019.
