2020: Home prices in Denver increased

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Denver rose by $3,100 while total sales decreased by 35.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 2% increase over the $156,900 median sale price for the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Denver in 2019.
