Mike Lindell, CEO of MyPillow and staunch Trump supporter, is one of several people facing a lawsuit filed by Dominion Voting Systems.

Dominion filed a lawsuit on Feb. 22 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, naming Lindell as the defendant among other individuals. Lindell is being sued for his allegation that the voting system rigged the November 2020 presidential election and helped Joe Biden win over Trump.

Dominion is seeking damages over $1.3 billion. The company argues that Lindell’s baseless claims have harmed its reputation and it is looking to encounter a huge loss, which explains the huge amount.

Despite the lawsuit, Lindell dug deep and kept hammering at the voting system, saying that he was being “censored.” Lindell added that getting sued will give him the opportunity to reveal his evidence that Dominion did rig the 2020 presidential election.

He spoke with the Daily Beast and said, “That would so make my day because then they would have to go into discovery, and that would make my job a lot easier.”

However, Dominion is confident that Lindell has no real evidence to prove that the results of the  election were manipulated.
