Denver home prices fall in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Denver fell by $85,000 while total sales decreased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 36.2% decrease over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Denver in the first half of 2019.
