Cost of college went up for all students at Lincoln College of Technology-Denver

Tuition and fees rose 4.1 percent for 2018-19 at Lincoln College of Technology-Denver, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Colorado students paid $21,333 to attend the two-year private for-profit institution this year – $9,795 less than the $31,128 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 81 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 447 students received grants or scholarships totaling $1.9 million and 480 students took out student loans totaling more than $3.8 million.

Including all undergraduates (1,303), 914 students used grants or scholarships totaling $3.2 million, and 887 students took out $6.3 million in federal student loans.
