Cost of college went up for all students at Emily Griffith Technical College

Tuition and fees rose 14.9 percent for 2018-19 at Emily Griffith Technical College, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Colorado students paid $10,042 to attend the public school this year – $1,303 more than the $8,739 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 93 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 632 students received grants or scholarships totaling $2.5 million.

Including all undergraduates (5,066), 688 students used grants or scholarships totaling $2.7 million.
