Cost of college went down for all students at Aspen University

Tuition and fees fell 7.3 percent for 2018-19 at Aspen University, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Colorado students paid $3,920 to attend the four-year private for-profit institution this year – $310 less than the $4,230 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 100 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 3 students received grants or scholarships totaling $7,905 and 3 students took out student loans totaling more than $10,059.

Including all undergraduates (5,424), 42 students used grants or scholarships totaling $116,915, and 43 students took out $148,045 in federal student loans.
