Community College of Denver enrolls 7,887 undergrads

At Community College of Denver, 65 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 59 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year public institution in Denver enrolled 7,887 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. 9.2 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

91 percent of undergraduates are residents of Colorado, and 1 percent are residents of other states. 8 percent are citizens of foreign countries.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as Hispanic or Latino (34 percent) and white (31 percent).
