The median rental price of two-bedroom homes in Alamo Placita listed during the week of September 23-29 was $1,850.

Homes with a garage had a median price of $1,250, 32 percent lower than those without.

There were 17 properties listed in the neighborhood during the week. Washington Street had the most units listed, according to RentHub.com.

This made for a 70 percent increase over the total number of listings during the previous week.
