Denver home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Denver fell by $21,700 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 15.9% decrease over the $136,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Denver in the second quarter of 2017.
