Denver home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Denver rose by $77,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 68.9% increase over the $112,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Denver in the third quarter of 2017.
