Aurora (Adams County) home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Aurora in Adams County rose by $15,050 while total sales increased by 14.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 308 homes sold, with a median sale price of $312,050 - a 5.1% increase over the $297,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 270 homes sold in Aurora in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Aurora for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,895, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
