Denver home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Denver fell by $9,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 12 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $124,350 - a 7.1% decrease over the $133,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Denver in the first half of 2017, as well.
