Denver home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Denver rose by $6,750 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,000 - a 6% increase over the $112,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Denver in the second half of 2016.
