On Sunday, Feb. 2, former George Washington High School standout Adrian Rodriguez’s current college team, the Metro State Roadrunners, lost 11-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Pittsburg State Gorillas.

The game took place at Wendell Simmons Field. This was their first matchup against the Gorillas this season.

The Roadrunners’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 7 at 3 p.m. at Bobby Cox Field at Ford Park against Oklahoma Baptist Bison.
