Nine former University of Denver men’s lacrosse players contributed a combined 48 points during the sixth week of the 2025-26 National Lacrosse League (NLL) season.
Alex Simmons recorded his first career sock trick and achieved a personal best with 11 points in Oshawa’s home game against Ottawa. Ethan Walker, also playing for Oshawa, added seven points with one goal and six assists.
Jack Hannah made his debut for the Colorado Mammoth, helping secure an 18-13 victory over Rochester at Ball Arena. In his first appearance, Hannah scored two goals and provided six assists for a total of eight points.
In a nationally televised match that included five former Denver players, Tyler Pace registered two goals and five assists to help Calgary defeat San Diego by four goals. Noah Manning contributed two goals and three assists for Calgary. Wes Berg scored three goals and added two assists for San Diego.
The NLL Week 6 recap is as follows:
– Halifax (Bomberry) lost to Saskatchewan 7-11; Bomberry had three assists.
– Ottawa defeated Oshawa (Simmons, Walker) 16-14; Simmons had six goals and five assists, while Walker posted one goal and six assists.
– Rochester fell to Colorado (Hannah) 13-18; Hannah tallied two goals and six assists.
– Calgary (Manning, Pace) won against San Diego (Baptiste, Berg, Logan) 15-11; Manning had two goals and three assists, Pace added two goals and five assists, Baptiste contributed one goal and one assist for San Diego along with faceoff wins, Berg scored three times with two assists, and Logan recorded seven loose balls.
