Former Northfield High School standout Ryan Manning’s college team wins NCAA Division III football championship on Nov. 22

On Saturday, Nov. 22, the Chapman Panthers, featuring former Northfield High School standout Ryan Manning, defeated the Whitworth Pirates 18-16 in the NCAA Division III Football Championship.

The contest was held at Whitworth Pine Bowl at noon and marked the first tournament encounter between the Chapman Panthers and the Whitworth Pirates.

Chapman’s next game is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 29, at 10 a.m. at Smith Stadium.
