The University of Denver Athletic Department will resume its weekly coaches’ show on Wednesday at 6 p.m. Mountain Time, airing on 104.3 The Fan HD3. Host Tyler Maun will be joined by Joonas Rasanen, the Otto Tschudi Head Alpine Skiing Coach, to discuss the upcoming collegiate ski season.

Rasanen is set to talk about the alpine team’s early-season training both on dry land and snow, as well as provide updates on the team roster and preview this week’s annual Holiday Classic races in Aspen and Steamboat Springs.

The collegiate ski season begins with Nordic races in Lake Placid scheduled for January 4. The first alpine events are planned for January 12-15 at the Denver and Colorado Invitationals, which will take place at Loveland Ski Area and Eldora Mountain Resort.
