Delta High School alum Tucker Johnson’s college team claims victory in NCAA Division III Football Championship on Dec. 6

On Saturday, Dec. 6, the North Central Cardinals, featuring former Delta High School standout Tucker Johnson, secured a 35-27 victory over the UW La Crosse Eagles in the NCAA Division III Football Championship.

The contest, which marked the first tournament meeting between the North Central Cardinals and the UW La Crosse Eagles, was held at Benedetti-Wehrli Stadium at noon.

The North Central Cardinals are scheduled to play their next game on Saturday, Dec. 13, at 12 p.m. at Benedetti-Wehrli Stadium.
